PROGRAM COSTS
VIRTUAL CAMPUS
Virtual Campus core modules are $475 each. There are four modules ($1,900 total) required to be eligible for event discounts or FAM trips. Tuition payment is made after your application has been reviewed and you have been accepted into the program. You will be sent a link to the registration and secure payment site.
Recommended course materials include two textbooks, two workbooks and Travel Agent Proficiency Testing (TAP) fee, a total of $250. Textbooks and workbooks are available in the digital. Materials may be purchased at registration or directly from The Travel Institute. (Printed version available upon request and a $20 shipping fee.)
A complimentary ASTA Future Travel Professional membership is included with the Virtual Campus program.
Study Groups meet weekly and start throughout the year. Modules take 3-4 weeks each, for a total of 13 weeks, to complete all four modules.
INDEPENDENT LEARNER
Independent Learner tuition is a one-time cost of $495. Registration and payment do not require an interview and are available for purchase through our secure payment site.
Optional course materials include two textbooks, two workbooks and Travel Agent Proficiency Testing (TAP) fee, all costing an additional $250. Textbooks and workbooks are available digitally and online. Materials may be purchased at registration or directly from The Travel Institute. The course includes twenty-seven 15-30 minute interactive eLearns and five quizzes. Access to Sabre Personal Trainer is an optional course provided by Sabre.
Program access is for six months and can be extended by request for a small charge. Please note that there is no opportunity for event discounts or FAM trips with the Independent Learner program.
BUSINESS
The Business training program has three core modules which cost $475 each ($1,425 total). Ask about Internova Travel Group and Travel Leaders Group discounts.
Tuition payments are made once you have met with an instructor to determine if the program suits your travel agency needs and if you have a student to enroll. You will be sent a link to the registration and secure payment site.
Study groups meet twice weekly and start throughout the year. Modules take two weeks each, for six weeks to complete all three modules.
*Study groups do not meet July 4, September 10, September 11, or the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s week.
Virtual weekly study hall meets at 4 PM PT, 5 PM MT, 6 PM CT, 7 PM ET for 90 minutes.
EVENT DISCOUNTS & FAM TRIPS FOR VIRTUAL CAMPUS
Participants who successfully complete the Travel Leaders of Tomorrow Virtual Campus travel agent training program and who are placed in a Travel Leaders Group wholly owned, franchised or member-based travel agency may be invited to participate in discounted educational opportunities.
These opportunities do not apply to the Independent Learner program.
